The oddest building in Peasenhall would have to be this hall in the style of a Swiss chalet. Built for his workers by James Josiah Smyth, grandson of the founder of James Smyth and Sons.
The pink cottage on the left is called Feather cottage but it's the right hand cottage, which bears the plaster moulding of the feathers. |
